All the rooms at the Ramada-Biltmore West are booked.
So sorry for this inconvenience.
However, Henry Patel, General Manager of Sleep Inn Hotel which is near by has availability.
The Sleep Inn is just 1/10 of a mile down the hill to the back interest of the Ramada (behind Ramada on the hill) so that will be a doable walk.

Rooms rate is $59.99 plus tax for Sunday – Thursday
and $69.99 plus tax on Friday and Saturday.

Hotel reservation deadline: June 1
After the deadline date the block of rooms will be released to the general public and the rate will be much higher.
All reservations need to be made through the hotel at 828-667-4501. If you are from out of the country, you can email the hotel manager, Rance Hicks at hicksrance@yahoo.com to book a room. Be sure to tell him you are with the Heart Group for the $59 room rate.
Cancellation deadline: If you need to cancel, please do so by May 31.
More than 70 rooms are reserved, all at same price—select interior of hotel or exterior entrance.
Room types: 2 double beds, 1 king, or family suite with 2 double beds and a pull-out double sofa behind a modesty wall (good for family and friend or group of friends). All are same price.
Limited number of cots are available. Please request when making your reservation.
Most rooms have a microwave and refrigerator—please request when making your reservation.

Hi Annie,
Just checked with the hotel manager. I’m so sorry there are no other family rooms available. The hotel only has so many and we are using all of them.
Maybe you can get a cot or have ajoining rooms. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Looking forward to seeing our Irish alumni soon. On the Accommodations page near the bottom I believe there is a place to request having a roommate.
The roommate orgainzer, Donna, will send you a file of others who are looking for roommates and you can contact them yourself. Donna will give you further details once you send in your roommate form.

We have had our last several retreats at this motel and I am not aware of any complaints from our aalumni. (L) It is an older motel that has made improvements over the last few years. One of our retreats they were building the IHOP which is on the premises. Management staff is very accommodating. Rooms have new mattress and there have been some other updates since our last retreat there in 2009.
