All Meal Orders need to be received by May 25. Meal orders will NOT be accepted at the retreat.
There will be one caterer (many of you may remember Cecilla, who catered our last retreat!) Cecilla will be catering for us again at this retreat and will prepare all our meals, which will be VEGETARIAN and primarily organic dishes. Meals are available for purchase for Lunch and Dinner.
If you are staying at the motel, you will be given a coupon for breakfast each day for the International House of Pancakes (IHOP–on the premises of the motel) or you may choose to eat at restaurants nearby. There is an Applebee’s right next door. Within a short walking distance, there is a Wendy’s, Hardee’s, Cracker Barrel, Fatz Café, Waffle House, and El Chapala Mexican restaurant. There is a grocery store and Asiana Buffet ¼ mile away.
As we expect over 150 alumni at this Retreat it is understandable that we cannot meet all needs, so please plan to supply your own meals if you have special needs.
You may order lunches and/or dinners on any day. There will be no meals served on day off, June 14. Only lunch will be served on the last day, June 21.
Lunches will be $7.25 and be a variety of:
soup, sandwich
garden salad, sandwich
Soup, salad
Burrito with toppings
etc.
Dinners will be $9.00 and be a variety of:
Salads, a combination of many garden fresh veggies with protein choices or soup
Dinner will be main dish such as crepes/lasagna/salmon, grain, soup or salad
You may pay the total $ amount of your meals by credit card, Pay Pal or by money order or check. If you are mailing in your meal money, please make check payable to WNC Heart and mail to:

NOTE: For International Alumni: If you are ordering meals, you need to submit your order online. However, you may pay for them in US funds during Registration upon arrival at the Retreat.

After you make your choices for meals, please be sure to write down the $amount and save a copy for you records before submitting. You will need the exact amount for paypal or for writing a check and after you submit your order, you will not be able to return to that page.

Hi Gigi,
Not sure about drinks on Meal plan, will have to check on that. Each person who is staying at the hotel will receive 1 ticket per day for breakfast. Not sure about a drink with breakfast either. I should know this. When I find out I will post on Meal page.

Michele, I did not see your Meal order. Would you please submit again. When it takes you to the PayPal page just exit.
Make sure you fill your name out on the top of the order as we have a few with no name.
we have had several like that, with no name.
Can you tell me what you total was?
