HOW TO REGISTER: WITH DEPOSIT by May 18
(1) Fill out the Online Registration Form and Consent Form (Click REGISTER NOW link at bottom of this page).
(2) Download, print and complete the Master Yoga Registration Form and/or the Open Heart Registration Form and mail to:

(3) Write a $200 Check as deposit, made out  to “WNC HEART”
(4) Send deposit check by May 18th to:

You may also pay by money order or paypal. You will be given PayPal option when you register. PayPal send to: marylee@ccvn.com
Please have  $200 Deposit check arrive no later than May 18

HOW TO FINISH REGISTRATION: PAY REMAINING BALANCE by June 1

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ALUMNI, INCLUDING CANADA
Pay all fees in USD cash funds on arrival at retreat. No checks, as even US funds bank checks issued by a foreign country will not be accepted. However, you do still need to fill out all the required forms and submit them. You just don’t need to pay until you come to the retreat.
