FOR THOSE FLYING:
The airport that is closest to Ramada Biltmore-West  facility is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in Western North Carolina. Those coming by air would fly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in Western North Carolina. It will be your responsibility to arrive at the hotel which is about 15 miles from the airport. 

Taxi  Companies–Do not know any fares for these taxis. Best to call and see if it is a flat rate or by mile.

I have been to Asheville quite a few times now and will always use Pegasus. The first couple of times I used one of the taxi services out front, what a mistake. The cigarette odor from those guys is unbelievable. Costs the same as a taxi but much… Costs the same as a taxi but much nicer and cleaner. Flat rates and odor free is the way to go. Call them before you arrive and they’ll be there.

Highly recommended. Billy and his team are always prompt, friendly and polite. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and would never use anyone else. Billy has even gone out of his way to drive me to and/or from the Asheville, Charlotte or Greenville airports at the last minute when my plans have changed suddenly.

Coming from another US city, you may fly to Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) usually with one connection in either:

Newark, New Jersey
Atlanta, Georgia
Cincinnati, Ohio
Charlotte, North Carolina
Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina
Houston, Texas
Johnson City, Tennessee 

It is also possible to fly into Johnson City, Tennessee,  or Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina, but you would be responsible for your own transportation from the airport to the conference center/hotel via rental car. It is a 2 hour+ drive from those airports.

International travelers, your travel agent or airline will be able to tell you the best, least expensive and fastest route to arrive in Asheville.

Please try to arrive a day earlier to any workshops as workshops usually start at 8am. Please  take in to consideration the possibility of cancelled flights or delayed flights.
